CITY GOVERNMENT OF PUERTO PRINCESA
in compliance with RA 9485 (Anti-Red Tape Law) do hereby
commit to deliver quality public service
as promised in the Citizens’ Charter.
Specifically, we will:

Ensure equal treatment of clients
regardless of gender, religion or socio-economic class.

Serve efficiently with utmost courtesy from
Monday to Friday at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
wearing prescribed uniform and Identification Cards,
without noon break. We will not entertain fixers.

Hear and act immediately on complaints
within the day and provide complaint and
assistance desk to take immediate corrective
measures.
