• for the high-risk business applicant – only 5 offices and 5 procedures, instead of  10 offices and 24 procedures
• Takes advantage of the computer linkages already connecting the needed offices, as installed by the city’s ETRACS system
• Integrates the data bases of business permits with data bases for zoning, building and occupancy permits, and other data bases maintained by departments / operating units processing these permits
