Vice Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron assumed his post on July 22, 2003 when he was declared by the COMELEC as the winner in 2001 local election.
Upon assuming the post, he immediately went to work by spearheading the “Ugnayan sa Barangay” where city offices and officials held dialogues with barangay officials and the people while at the same time, deliver basic services. He was re-elected as City Vice Mayor in May 2007 and 2010 elections.
As an “ACTION MAN” he lives up to his guiding slogan “HINDI BUKAS, KUNDI NGAYON”
