Under the Investment Code of Puerto Princesa, qualified entrepreneurs may enjoy the following incentives :
Fiscal Incentives :
Exempted from the payment of business tax and real property tax on improvements over a certain period subject to compliance with the requirements under the approved Investment Code
Non Fiscal Incentive :

Assistance in securing permits and licenses

Assistance in the identification of business locations and plant sites

Assistance in a joint venture and business matching

Facilitating service connections with local utilities
Note : Incentives to be granted shall not cover Regulatory Fee such as payment of Mayor's Permit and all regulatory fees based on the rates provided by the City of Puerto Princesa Tax Ordinance No. 397
